It perfectly reproduces the auditory canal, the antitragus and the helix upper part letting the concha and the auricle partly free, thus providing stability and aesthetic. It can be produced with rigid acrylic material, soft acrylic or silicone. It is generally used for rear aural hearing aid or implemented in the earpiece of eyeglasses. It is recommended for soft moderate or medium serious hearing loss.
